Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what The Real You, a Beyond Wealth company ("we", "us"), collects when you use our website, web app, courses, notifications, emails and text messages, and how we use and protect it. Questions? Email beyondyourwealth@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Contact details: your email address and, if you choose, your mobile number, when you join the challenge, a waitlist, early access, VIP texts or ask for a discount code.
• Consent records: whether you agreed to receive marketing texts, the wording you agreed to, and when.
• Membership details from PayPal: your PayPal email, plan, membership ID, status and billing dates.
• Purchase details from PayPal: your PayPal email, the product, the amount, any code used and an order number. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Notification details, if you turn on notifications: a browser push token, your chosen reminder hour, your time zone offset and, if you entered them in the app, your first name and main goal.
• DREAM messages: what you send to DREAM is sent to our AI provider to generate a reply.
• Basic technical data: your browser type and approximate time of signup, used for security and fraud prevention.
• On your device only: your dream board, roadmap, course progress, credits, and site activity such as which courses you viewed (used to show you a relevant offer) are stored in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us.

Goals, reminders, and calendar connections

Your planner is saved on your device by default. If you enable phone reminders, your push subscription, time zone, goal, and daily blocks are sent to our reminder service. If you create a private calendar subscription link, we store its events so your calendar can read them. Anyone with that link can read the events. Keep it private and revoke it in the planner when you no longer want to share it. Calendar apps control their own refresh times and notifications.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for: courses, discount codes, the challenge, reminders and support.
• To send marketing emails and, if you opted in, marketing texts about tips, new courses and offers.
• To restore purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, keep records and meet legal obligations.
• To improve our courses and website.

Text messaging and mobile information

We send marketing texts only if you gave express consent. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us send messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Netlify (hosting, forms and data storage), PayPal (payments), MailerLite (email marketing), and an AI model provider for DREAM. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights

• Emails: click unsubscribe in any marketing email.
• Texts: reply STOP.
• Notifications: turn them off in your browser or phone settings.
• Access or delete your data: email us and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as correction or limiting use.
• Device data: clearing your browser's site data removes everything stored on your device.

Security and retention

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure. We keep purchase records as long as needed for your access and our legal obligations, and contact information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Children

The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
