Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and The Real You, a Beyond Wealth company ("we", "us", "our"). They cover our website, our web app, our courses, DREAM, notifications, emails and text messages (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Purchases and pricing

• Courses and the Vault are one-time digital purchases. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Your purchase unlocks the course in The Real You app on the device you bought it on. You can restore it on another device with your PayPal email and order number. Please keep your order number.
• The Vault includes every course in the in-app library now and courses we add to that library later. It does not include separately sold programs such as the flagship "Become The Real You" program, coaching or live events, unless we say otherwise.
• We may change prices, run promotions or retire products at any time. Changes don't affect purchases you've already made.

2. No refunds: all sales are final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for courses, the Vault or any other digital product, including if you change your mind, don't use the product, or don't get the results you hoped for. Because our products are digital and unlock immediately after payment, you agree that you lose any right to cancel once your purchase is delivered.

Before you buy, you can try the first lesson of every course for free so you know what you're getting. If you're charged twice by mistake, or a technical problem on our side stops you from accessing something you paid for, email beyondyourwealth@gmail.com and we'll fix the access problem or correct the duplicate charge. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have that can't be waived under the law where you live.

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can help. Filing a chargeback for a product you received may result in loss of access to your purchases.

3. Memberships, free trials and automatic renewal

• Plans: The Real You Plus ($14.99/month) and The Real You Pro ($29.99/month). Pro includes every course in the in-app library while your membership is active. Plan features are described on the signup page.
• Card verification: When you start a free trial we charge $3.00 to verify your payment method. This amount is credited toward your first month and is non-refundable, including if you cancel during the trial.
• Free trial: Your trial lasts 7 days. Unless you cancel before it ends, your membership starts automatically and you'll be charged your first month (the monthly price minus the $3.00 credit), then the full monthly price every month after that.
• Automatic renewal: Memberships renew automatically each month and are charged to the payment method you used through PayPal until you cancel.
• Cancel any time: Cancel in the app (You → Membership → Cancel membership) or in your PayPal account under automatic payments. Cancelling stops future charges. Access to member features ends when you cancel.
• No refunds: Membership charges are non-refundable, including partial months, unless required by law.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, PayPal may retry it. After repeated failures your membership may be suspended or cancelled.
• Price changes: We'll give you notice before any price change takes effect on your membership.

4. Discount codes and offers

• Codes are single-use, can't be combined with other codes, have no cash value and expire on the date or time shown.
• Time-limited offers end when the timer runs out. Offers may be personalized based on how you use our website.
• We may cancel codes that were obtained by abuse, automation or resale.

5. Education, not professional advice

Our courses, tips, notifications, emails, texts and DREAM are for general education and motivation only. They are not medical, mental health, nutritional, financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we are not your doctor, therapist or financial advisor. Results depend on your effort and situation, and we make no promise of any particular income, health or other outcome. Talk to a qualified professional about your specific needs. Check with your doctor before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you have a health condition.

DREAM is an AI. It can be wrong or incomplete. Don't rely on it for decisions about your health, safety, money or legal matters. If you're in crisis in the US, call or text 988, or call 911 in an emergency.

6. Text messages (SMS terms)

• Program: The Real You VIP texts: tips on success, wealth, health and authentic living, plus course offers and discount codes.
• Consent: By checking the text box and entering your number, you agree to receive recurring marketing texts from The Real You at that number, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: Up to 4 messages per week.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. You'll get one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or email beyondyourwealth@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Emails and notifications

If you give us your email, we may send you tips, course updates and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you turn on notifications, we send about one notification a day at the time you choose. You can turn them off in your browser or phone settings.

8. Your use of the Services

• You must be at least 13 to use the Services and 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase.
• Your app progress, dream board and credits are stored on your device. Clearing your browser data may delete them. We can't recover device-only data.
• Don't misuse the Services: no hacking, scraping, reselling, sharing paid content, abusing codes, or using DREAM to create harmful or illegal content.
• DREAM credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, don't roll over between plans, and may change.

9. Our content

All courses, text, videos, designs, logos and branding belong to The Real You or our licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for yourself. You may not copy, record, resell, share or publish paid content.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on our content or DREAM. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Questions? Email beyondyourwealth@gmail.com.
